E-mail Print PDF

I am excited to bring this news to all the league players in Metro Phoenix.  In an effort to continue to offer more to it's players, Arizona Hot Shots is proud to announce we are now partnering with both the BCAPL & the American Cue Sports Alliance(ACSA) National Organizations.  We will be co-sanctioning our Wednesday Night teams & players with both the BCAPL & now the ACSA.

Our Tuesday & Thursday Handicapped divisions will continue to sanction with the BCAPL only.  This addition will give the players of AHSPL the opportunity to play in BOTH the 2011 BCAPL Nationals Championships at the Riviera Hotel & Casino & the 2011 ACSA National Championships now at the newly renovated Tropicana Hotel & Casino.  Also, this addition will allow our players to compete in the 2010/2011 Arizona State ACSA 8-Ball Championships that will include separate events for Mixed Scotch Doubles, Singles & Teams.
We have been looking for opportunity's to remain a competitve force with the many league options players have before them today.  We continue to be the largest BCAPL league offering more opportunity's for players to form competitive teams around the valley and find scotch partners to compete with in Las Vegas at the National Tournaments.

Our next Wednesday Night Win/Loss divisions will be starting play September 15th.  We are finishing the current session with a singles event for both A & B divisions Wednesday Night the 18th of August at Bullshooters Phoenix (35th Avenue & Peoria) and the League Banquet and Payout Party at the Northern Lounge Wednesday Night the 25th of August.  We are anticapating having 3 divisions of eight teams this next session to offer the best parity in this win/loss format.  If your interested in getting sanctioned in both national organizations, and like the win/loss format we use at the National Tournaments, this league is for you.  We start league play each night at 7pm and use two tables from the start.  Each player plays all five members on the other team (5 games)with the home team getting 3 break rounds each.  You get a lot of play for your time spent and can go home at a decent hour.  Any interested players can reach us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
